For those of you who hang out with toddlers, you know they say some pretty funny things. Alyssa totally talks like an adult sometimes, so today a wrote down a couple of the funny things she said.
On the way to McKay this morning we were going up the tiniest hill and she throws her arms up in the air and says, "weeeee we going up a hill!".
Since Jared left she has been asking me constantly, "Mommy, where Daddy go? Oh yeah to Texas, on a airplane."
This one is my fault and I can admit it, it just so cute when kids say things they really shouldn't (does that make me a bad Mom?). All day today, anytime anything happened she would say, "Holy Crap!". I know, a little too young, but kinda cute. :)
Finally at night when we put her to bed she likes us to leave her door open and she ALWAYS needs to remind us of that. So tonight I was saying goodnight and she says, "leave my... wait a minute, uhhhh, oh yeah, leave my door open".

It's true, they do! I can't wait for that time with Covey when I can see his personality come through. What a sweet, funny girl that Alyssa is. Why is Jared in Texas?

ReplyDeleteJared had training in Dallas, yay he is back now! Did you guys ever watch "Kids Say the Darndest Things"? Having kids is like watching that show all day...:)
